So, a few days before he's sworn in as governor of California, Arnold signs a multimillion dollar contract with the publisher of some fitness magazines. Arnold's pay is a percentage of the ad revenues from the magazines. The main advertisers for the magazines are diet supplements for body builders. Okay, nothing wrong with that, so much. But.....then Goveror Arnold vetos a bill that would have allowed more state regulation of said diet supplements.
Okay.
It doesn't really bother me so much that he did this. But, it bugs the hell out of me that he doesn't see how this could be seen as a conflict of interest.
